Jingle was rescued from under a porch in the freezing cold this December. He is the sweetest little boy and he has been raised by a wonderful foster mom. He is friendly with other cats and small dogs and is great with children and young adults. He is quite playful and active....He is tested negative for Five/Felv and has had his vaccines and is treated for fleas and parasites.
