Sweet Vance was turned into Animal Control in a high kill animal control thru no fault of his own. He had not been taken care of properly and had to go into foster for a few weeks to get healthy and kept safe. Now he's healthy and ready to find his new furrrrever homes that will truly love him and provide stability, love and safety. Never take him to animal control again. Can you be that home?
