Scarlett was found as a teenie kitten by a good Samaritan who kept her safe until she could come to Cat Rangers.  She's a sweet beautiful girl with two socks that don't match and gorgeous eyes!!!  She loves to play and give love.  She would love to find her furrrever home where she can be a purrrfect companion and give all of the love she has to her very own family.
