Cat Rangers, sweet Viceroy found himself in a high kill animal control.   He is such a love and couldn't believe he was caught up in this scenario.  He thought he was being the purrrfect kit, thought he had a loving home furrrever, but that was not the case!!!  Luckily,  Cat Rangers stepped in to help this love.  

Viceroy is just such a pure joy.  He's a tad shy right now, but soon his personality will shine!!!
