Andy and his sister Anne were abandoned at a very young age. Andy is playful and a bit of a character. He and Anne love to play chase, pounce and hide and seek. But at the end of a good day of playing, Andy wants to be held and loved. He is a bit of a flirt too. Andy would do well with kids. He and Anne like to sit on their foster mom's chest and watch TV at the end of a long day.

Andy hopes you will call soon and bring him home. He is bonded with his sister and need to be adopted together.
