Frankie is a super loving kitty who adores being with his foster family.  He loves being held and thinks being in a family with kids would be so fun!  Kissing his human and showing how much he loves them is one of his favorite things to do. Frankie will melt your heart with his beautiful blue eyes.  He's hoping that his new family will like to have a kitty that sleeps with them and snuggles next to them.  Frankie loves other kitties too and is ok with dogs. He'd like a family to come meet him and take him home.
