Frances is the most joyful, happy kitten ever! Anything can be an exciting….a plastic box, a crinkly piece of paper & a piece of dried pasta will keep her happy. She likes to make biscuits on a fuzzy blanket while on your lap, then fall asleep there. She plays with her foster sister all the time. Because of this, it would be amazing if she could go to a home with another kitten her age or a young-ish playful kitty. She lives with a very mellow 8lb pekingese that she has no problem being around.
